The development sits between the San Joaquin River to the west and Interstate-5 to the east, bordered by the River Island community to the south. The community is comprised of five subdivisions constructed by the top home builders in Central Valley, including DR Horton, Meritage Homes, Richmond American, and KB Home. Villages that split this new master-planned community include Bella Vita, Meritage, Northpointe, Riverchase, and Seasons. The project will provide a comfortable suburban living environment featuring well-built single-family homes surrounded by well-manicured green spaces and trees. Neighborhood amenities are plentiful, and there are multiple schools ready to cater to the many families looking to move into the area. Located close to the city center, residents have easy access to the many attractions in Lathrop and are a short drive away from Tracy, Stockton, and Modesto.

The various builders working in Stanford Crossing provide a fantastic selection of residential home builds that will attract a variety of home buyers. DR Horton offers a mix of single and two-story builds with 1,502 to 2,200 sqft of floor space and Craftsman, Spanish, and Farmhouse architectural styles. Residences come with three to four-bedroom and two to three-bathroom layouts in four configurations. Meritage Homes provides classic contemporary home models with and energy-efficient designs with state-of-the-art wireless lighting, appliances, and security features. Meritage houses come with 1,910 to 2,541 sqft of living space, four bedrooms, and two to three baths. Richmond American works on the Seasons, and Northpointe sections of the community with comfortable single-floor ranch-style home builds and their larger two-floor designs. Northpointe features three ranch-style models with 2,270 to 2,740 sqft of living space, three to four bedrooms, and two to three baths. The builds at the Seasons subdivisions are slightly modest at 1,320 to 1,870 sqft with two to four bedrooms and two to three baths. KB Home models are located within the Riverchase subdivision and feature 2,208 to 2,848 sqft in living space with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths. Designs include Spanish themes with craftsman-style and ranch-style layouts. There are lots of opportunities for custom additions for these houses, including offices and loft-style rooms.

There is a large number of parks planned throughout the many subdivisions in the community. Riverside amenities include a long trail that's perfect for running, biking, and your morning jog. The community center will provide youth programs and function rooms for private events. There are also senior services, a public library, a skate park, and so much more. Schools are plentiful in the region, and highways, train, and bus services connect residents to many of the business centers in Central Valley.

What's Not To Love

Stanford Crossing is a relatively new residential development, so some of the planned amenities may not yet be available for residents living in the area. Several areas are also still under construction, and you can expect some noise from them.
