There are eight planned subdivisions in this planned development, including Vente, Topaz, Opal, Elen, Alber, Pearl, Larimal, and Vantage. Located on the very edge of the city, Tracy Hills enjoy a certain level of privacy that centralized communities in the region can’t provide. The subdivision also provides convenient access to the nearby Tracy Municipal Airport and connects to other cities in the region via the nearby freeway.
