The neighborhood sits north of the William Elton “Brownie” Brown Freeway connected to Tracy via the Corral Hollow Road. The entire land of Tracy Hills is owned by Integral Communities, a real estate development company with dozens of subdivisions all over the country. Several home builders are involved with the project, including Lennar, Meritage Homes, and Shea Homes. There are eight planned subdivisions in this planned development, including Vente, Topaz, Opal, Elen, Alber, Pearl, Larimal, and Vantage. Located on the very edge of the city, Tracy Hills enjoy a certain level of privacy that centralized communities in the region can’t provide. The subdivision also provides convenient access to the nearby Tracy Municipal Airport and connects to other cities in the region via the nearby freeway.

Homes for sale in Tracy Hills are elegantly made. They all have a mix of contemporary architectural styles with traditional influences. The neighborhood’s overall ambiance and feel are designed to create a high-end and comfortable living environment. Buyers can opt for well-built entry-level houses with modest designs and larger models with more expansive floor layouts.
