Right to Know: Consumers can request to know what personal information a business collects about them and how it’s used and shared.

Right to Delete: Consumers can ask businesses to delete their personal information, with some exceptions.

Right to Opt-Out: Consumers have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Under the CPRA, this also includes the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination: Businesses cannot discriminate against consumers for exercising their CCPA rights.
